El lugar es grande y tiene mucho potencial, pero sobre todo es necesario que la gente de la comunidad se involucre en el cuidado y disfrute de esa unidad deportiva. Tiene pista de tartán, alberca semiolímpica, palapas, juegos para niños y un teatro estilo griego al aire libre, además de mucho espacio para estacionarse. Lamentablemente hay muchos perritos callejeros por la zona, ojalá que los vecinos empezaran a adoptar y esterilizar a sus mascotas.
