Crearon un área muy agradable para caminar, pasar la tarde, que jueguen los niños o simplemente sentarse a ver la belleza del jardín. Tiene una fuente rehabilitada y limpia. Un área de juegos infantiles y aparatos para ejercitar. Hasta están por poner un invernadero para cultivar algunas legumbres. Excelente trabajo de los vecinos y sus representantes que consiguieron estas mejoras para su unidad.
Taking advantage of the common gardens area of the Monte de Piedad housing unit. They created a very nice area to walk, spend the afternoon, let the children play or just sit and watch the beauty of the garden. It has a clean and rehabilitated source. An area for children's games and exercise equipment. They are even about to put a greenhouse to grow some vegetables. Excellent work of the neighbors and their representatives who got these improvements for their unit.

- Recuperación de fuente y áreas verdes.
- Sistema de captación pluvial.

Constantemente hay visitas guiadas para conocer ese esfuerzo ciudadano, que ha sido concebido con la idea de mejorar la calidad de vida!
