★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubicada en la zona norte de la alcaldía Azcapotzalco, se encuentra ubicada está unidad habitacional la cual está enclavada en un sector comercial sumamente muy importante como es la zona de alimentos denominado ferrería, la cual tuvo un auge tremendo en años anteriores y al quitar el área de matanza de los animales pocos poco fue perdiendo su importancia, pero a pesar de eso sigue realizándose la venta de carné de res, pollo, cerdo, borrego, conejo así como la venta de frutas y verduras, esta situación a provocado que prolifere una situación insalubre en la zona y hasta cierto punto de inseguridad ya que por las noches no existe vigilancia y cabe decir que los puestos son callejeros, lo que provoca que se puedan esconder los ladrones o malvivientes entre los puestos, otra situación negativa es que abarcan un carril de esta importante calle creando caos vial y vehicular poniendo en riesgo a los peatones, de las cosas buenas de la unidad es que cuentan con un centro de espectáculos muy cercano, tienen suficiente comercio y las vías de acceso son buenas, con el metrobus, el metro, el tren ligero y camiones que llevan al metro frente a la unidad cuentan con un parque que desgraciadamente está sumamente descuidado , sucio y sin servicio, y a los alrededores hay autos abandonados lo que genera fauna nociva, la unidad puede mejorar con el apoyo de los vecinos
