★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La unidad habitacional es tranquila y "segura" en el aspecto de tener muros cerrados y horario de acceso
Sin embargo carece de servicios de telecomunicaciones, por lo que aun en las compañías celulares dominantes tendras problemas de cobertura salvo en puntos muy específicos en el exterior. El internet mediante linea fija es operativo para usos y Comunicacion basica pero deja bastante a desear
Es fácil perderse por los pasillos al no haber un orden o elementos de señalización y los accesos no estan muy bien señalados por lo que puede ser algo frustrante si no recibes instrucciones precisas o alguien del interior te acompaña.
La zona es calurosa y tiende a ser humeda
En el exterior los medios de transporte son algo limitados y al ser mayoritariamente combis el costo es algo elevado
The housing unit is quiet and "safe" in terms of having closed walls and access hours
However, it lacks telecommunications services, so even in the dominant cellular companies you will have coverage problems except in very specific points abroad. The fixed line internet is operational for basic communication and uses but leaves a lot to be desired
It is easy to get lost in the corridors as there is no order or signage elements and the entrances are not very well marked, so it can be frustrating if you do not receive precise instructions or someone from the interior accompanies you.
The area is hot and tends to be humid
Abroad the means of transport are somewhat limited and as they are mostly combis the cost is somewhat high
