★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La unidad habitacional es bastante segura, por el momento ya no esta el Cinemex y CFE, hay varios bancos cerca asi como McDonald's, VIPS y Chedraui.

Originalmente era unidad de maestros y administrativos de gobierno, actualmente las casas fueron vendidas a personas que definitivamente no tienen el mayor respeto por lo ajeno y por la sana convivencia.
