★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar no cuenta desde hace años con una mesa directiva que guíe a los vecinos a mantener el lugar ordenado, limpio y seguro, los vecinos son desorganizados, sucios, irrespetuosos, el nivel de escolaridad de la comunas es muy bajo, en consecuencias cada quien hace lo que quiere, se apropian de las áreas en común, hay automóviles abandonados, perros deambulando todo el día y la mayor parte de la unidad está sucia, llena de excrementos de perros, como los estacionamientos están abandonados se presta a que los delincuentes roben autopartes y vehículos con toda impunidad, también hay algunos vecinos que han entrado a robar a otros vecinos, las patrullas llegan en la noche a dormir, no hacen su trabajo de vigilar y cuidar a la Comunidad.
