Es una pena que los espacios de áreas comunes para estacionarse se hallan privatizado y/o invadido, inclusive por gente que no pertenece a la unidad de colonias adjuntas. Medianamente conservada. Hay problemas intermitentes con el suministro de agua. Muchos mosquitos. Ojalá todos cuidsramos el lugar donde vivimos.
