★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una unidad habitacional común con toda la.problematica de las unidades habitacionales. Transporte al alcance, centros comerciales cercas, escuelas, lechería, tianguis tres días a la semana. Los alrededores muy inseguros pero tomando precauciones se puede vivir bien ahí.
A common housing unit with all the problem of housing units. Transportation within reach, shopping centers, schools, dairy, flea market three days a week. The surroundings are very unsafe but taking precautions you can live well there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para ejercitarse en las mañanas, pero no hay vigilancia policial, hay muchos ladrones merodeando la zona, ha habido robos de quienes andan en motos y a pie. El municipio de Tlalnepantla descuida mucho este parque, no le da Mantenimiento, no corta el pasto, ni da mantenimiento a juegos infantiles ,Permite el grafitero y no sanciona a personas que sacan a sus mascotas a defecar.
Good place to exercise in the mornings, but there is no police surveillance, there are many thieves prowling the area, there have been robberies of those who ride motorcycles and on foot. The municipality of Tlalnepantla neglects this park a lot, it does not maintain it, it does not cut the grass, nor does it maintain children's games, it allows graffiti artists and does not sanction people who take their pets out to defecate.
