★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, nos ha atendido el médico Alan y es un buen médico. La chica de recepción es nueva y se tarda mucho en cobrarte y en tomarte tu nombre para la consulta, es el unico detalle que le veo. Esta muy bien para enfermedades comunes, sin embargo para cosas más delicadas es mejor ir con médicos con más experiencia ya que por lo general atienden médicos muy jóvenes recién egresados.
The care is good, doctor Alan has treated us and he is a good doctor. The girl at the reception is new and it takes a long time to charge you and to take your name for the consultation, it is the only detail that I see. This is very good for common diseases, however for more delicate things it is better to go to doctors with more experience since they usually attend very young doctors who have just graduated.

Pero hoy tuvimos una malísima experiencia...
Mis padres (66 y 75 años) fueron a consulta por síntomas de resfriado... Les tomaron signos vitales pero al ver los expedientes la doctora en turno comentó que no quería atenderlos (específicamente a mi padre) por miedo a que tuviera covid, esto lo escuchó mi madre...
Yo entiendo que no es clínica covid y puedan rechazar pacientes por esa situación... Pero mi molestia es que no tuvieron la ética de decirles eso y prefirieron dejarlos esperando por más de una hora alegando que los médicos estaban ocupados y que ya "en un rato más" los atendían.
Cabe destacar que mis padres tienen el esquema de vacunación completo y se cuidan bastante.
Al final me hablaron para que fuera a recogerlos y buscar otra alternativa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMA CLÍNICA NO ACUDAN, aproximadamente hace 10 días fuimos a esa clínica por ser la más cercana ya que mi padre iba muy grave y necesitaba de oxígeno urgentemente cabe destacar que no era COVID, parecía ser que era un infarto tardamos alrededor de 20 minutos rogándoles que nos atendieran a mi papá, pero no quisieron lo único que hicieron fue meterse los doctores dicen que ellos no podían hacer nada y cerrarnos las puertas de la clínica literal sin importarles dejarnos a fuera con mi papá muriéndose después de 10 minutos mi papá falleció!!!!!
