Pero hoy en dia durante las noches se llena de borrachos y adictos que consumen sus drogas sin importar que los vecinos esten cerca y lo peor de todo es que son viciosos de otras unidades y gente de fuera, no hay seguridad que impida el acceso de gente externa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para vivir muy recomendable sobre todo por la estructura de los edificios que al pasar el tiempo te aguantan temblores fuertes, tiene 40 años de antigüedad ideal para vivir con tus mascotas ya que el 70% de los vecinos tienen alguna mascota como perro, gatos, pájaros etc etc. No le doy cinco estrellas debido a que la organización vecinal no es buena ya que no se ponen de acuerdo en el tema de la seguridad interna, por lo que podrían ser una de las mejores unidades de Iztapalapa para vivir. Recomiendo que si vas como visitante tomes en cuenta que no hay lugares extra de estacionamiento.
It is a good place to live highly recommended especially for the structure of the buildings that over time you endure strong tremors, is 40 years old ideal for living with your pets and that 70% of the neighbors have a pet like dog , cats, birds etc etc. I do not give five stars because the neighborhood organization is not good because they do not agree on the issue of internal security, so they could be one of the best Iztapalapa units to live. I recommend that if you go as a visitor, take into account that there are no extra parking places.
