Abría que promover la negociación y recomendarlapor lo mismo , por buenos , bonitos y baratos.
This place in Tula, has the prices of their uniform clothes cheaper than in Victoria, perhaps because they are closer to where they get their wholesale ...... or perhaps because they are not so excessive in their claims and it is reflected in what they charge .... It would open to promote negotiation and recommend it for the same, for good, beautiful and cheap.
