La calidad de sus productos ya no es el mismo, el bordado carece de profesionalidad para hacer el estampado del logotipo, además que de los uniformes que mandamos hacer, dejaron la imagen de 10 cm lo que hace verse deforme la camisa (aclaro, el ejecutivo nunca nos preguntó y mucho menos asesoro de que tamaño podía ser). 2. El servicio es detestable minutos después de realizar el anticipo, tardan en programar las fechas de entrega, las facturas por anticipos demoran en enviarlo y cuando lo solicitan siempre te inventan cosas, como que nunca esta la contadora. 3. La atención deja mucho que desear, ya que programan una fecha de entrega y no cumplen, excediéndose hasta por 7 días y cuando hablas preguntando del trabajo, siempre te dan evasivas con mentiras, del como una persona de la empresa ya paso a verlos, cuando no es cierto. La verdad, no los recomiendo y no vuelvo a realizar trabajos con ellos, ya no es el mismo Frogs de hace 5 años. Terrible attention, service and quality in their products. 1.
