★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pesadilla adquirir un uniforme aquí, y si es sobre pedido peor en tres meses o más te lo dan, se comprometen a comunicarse con el cliente cuando el uniforme esté listo cosa que no hacen y encima se molestan porque no se recogió a tiempo y terminan lavándose las manos argumentando que estuvieron marcando pero nunca les contestaron, surten a dos o tres escuelas y se quedan sin stock en pleno regreso a clases, no tienen una buena atención al cliente son déspotas y desatentos ya que si llegas y están hablando por teléfono te dejan esperando a que terminen la llamada y ya luego te atienden de mala gana y que decir si vas en temporada alta se atasca y parece que te están haciendo un favor venderte.
A nightmare to acquire a uniform here, and if it is on request worse in three months or more they give it to you, they promise to communicate with the client when the uniform is ready something they do not do and on top they get upset because it is not picked up on time and they end up washing their hands arguing that they were dialing but never answered them, they supply two or three schools and they run out of stock in full return to classes, they do not have good customer service they are despots and inattentive since if you arrive and are talking on the phone you They leave waiting for the call to end and then they take care of you reluctantly and what to say if you go in high season gets stuck and it seems that they are doing you a favor selling you.

Marque y fue el peor servicio por llamada que me han dado en la vida la señora que me atendió gritando de q yo tengo la culpa, le trataba de explicar y no me escuchaba en ningún momento me dió una solución en verdad que tristeza por qué ya era cliente de ese lugar y jamás me habían atendido tan pésimo. Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo haría. Espero tomen medidas por qué pagué mucho dinero como para que no me hayan podido ayudar con una factura.
Make a purchase here and request an invoice, they told me that they would send it to my email after 1 month and nothing.
