★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro serviço pareceu ser bom, infelizmente após 20 dias o ar condicionado voltou a apresentar defeito, ainda dentro da garantia, desta vez, em dois dias, a empresa não ligou para apresentar nenhum parecer sobre o problema, nem mesmo para solicitar um tempo para avaliar o defeito, após promessas de retorno telefônico não cumpridas e muita insistência da minha parte, foi marcada data e hora para a entrega do aparelho, mais uma vez a empresa não cumpriu com o combinado e sua atendente ainda afirmou não se lembrar de marcar data ou hora para entrega; profundo desrespeito com o cliente.
