★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tratan a sus empleados como personas los tratan como máquinas generadoras de dinero, no les dan las prestaciones al 100%, no pagan horas extras, en pandemia los tenían trabajando por debajo aún cuando no era actividad esencial. No hay el personal suficiente para todo el trabajo, ponen a los de oficina a hacer labores de almacén. NO COMPREN HELADOS HOLANDA
They do not treat their employees like people, they treat them as money-generating machines, they do not give them 100% benefits, they do not pay overtime, in a pandemic they had them working underneath even when it was not an essential activity. There is not enough staff for all the work, they put the office workers to do warehouse work. DO NOT BUY ICE CREAM HOLLAND
