★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mejorable, es un centro de servicio a electrónica acreditado por DAEWOO, me atendieron como si no quisieran hacerlo, el saludo o bienvenida se dió muchísimo después de que se percataron que llegué, tuve que esperar a que terminarán de hablar por teléfono, no me preguntaron cual fue la falla, me indicaron que aunque el aparato no había forzado el fusible principal, podría haber sufrido un corto circuito, y con ello fallar, no me quedó claro si entró en garantía, fue más buscar como no hacer válida la garantía que prestar servicio al cliente, de haber sabido me ubiera dirigido a otro lugar.
It can be improved, it is an electronics service center accredited by DAEWOO, they attended to me as if they did not want to, the greeting or welcome was given long after they realized I arrived, I had to wait for them to finish talking on the phone, they did not ask me which was the fault, they told me that although the device had not forced the main fuse, it could have suffered a short circuit, and thus fail, it was not clear to me if it entered the warranty, it was more to look for how to not make the guarantee valid than to provide customer service, if I knew I would have been directed elsewhere.
