★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamenten ni una sola estrella les daría, te acosan por teléfono todos los días de la semana y a todas horas para ofrecerte sus servicios, por más que les digas que no estás interesado siguen insistiendo. En verdad no soliciten información sobre sus programas de estudios porque no los van a dejan en paz.
 Honestly, I would not give them a single star, they harass you by phone every day of the week and at all hours to offer you their services, no matter how much you tell them that you are not interested, they continue to insist. Do not really ask for information about your study programs because they will not leave you alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo colaboradora, desde adentro se conoce la realidad institucional y de corazón puedo asegurar que Unitec regala todos los kilos de esfuerzo a maestros, administrativos, alumnos etc. y desea reflejar siempre lo mejor para proyectarse como lo que es... Una gran Institución.
Sin duda la recomiendo porque conozco su manera de trabajar, honesta, limpia, organizada y preocupada por el bien social. Pocas escuelas son así realmente
As a collaborator, the institutional reality is known from the inside and from the heart I can assure that Unitec gives all the kilos of effort to teachers, administrators, students, etc. and wants to always reflect the best to project itself as what it is ... A great Institution.
I definitely recommend her because I know her way of working, honest, clean, organized and concerned with the social good. Few schools are really like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente decepcionante esta UNIVERSIDAD de todo quieren sacar dinero. Prometieron mucho, pero nada cumplen. Lo mejor que mi hija pudo hacer es darse de baja y cambiarse a una escuela en donde si haya práctias y no pura teoría que sirve de poco para su carrera de enfermería. No te inscribas en esta Universidad, no vale la pena.
Totally disappointing this UNIVERSITY all want to get money. They promised a lot, but nothing they deliver. The best thing my daughter could do is drop out and move to a school where there is practice and not just theory that is of little use to her nursing career. Do not enroll in this University, it is not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un servicio al alumno ASQUEROSO, jamás contestan el teléfono de servicios escolares, te cobran intereses en las colegiaturas de meses ya pagados, envías un correo para pedir una llamada para apoyo COMO ALUMNO y te piden muchísimos datos por correo para ver si coincide con sus datos y ver si "HACEN EL FAVOR" de marcarte y atenderte.
They have a DISGUSTING student service, they never answer the school services phone, they charge you interest on the tuition for months already paid, you send an email to request a call for support AS A STUDENT and they ask you for a lot of information by mail to see if it matches their data and see if they "DO THE FAVOR" to mark you and assist you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto la asistencia via telefonica me parece mal que en primer lugar programes como tal una cita y te marquen en el momento que sea, y la persona que te atiende deberia estar mas bien preparada, se nota atender de mala gana y eso poco el interes por la institucion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta el cuatrimestre anterior la atención en servicios escolares era excelente, desafortunadamente el personal que "atiende" actualmente no está capacitado, es muuuuuuuuy lento y no tiene vocación de servicio al público.
El pasado viernes y el día de hoy estuvimos varias personas (más de 20 el viernes) esperando por más de una hora a que nos hicieran favor de atender.
Until the previous quarter, the attention in school services was excellent, unfortunately the staff that "attends" is currently not trained, is very slow and does not have a vocation for serving the public.
Last Friday and today we were several people (more than 20 on Friday) waiting for more than an hour for them to do us a favor to attend.
