★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomiendo este lugar, tienen clases de CrossFit, de ejercicios funcionales, corrección de posturas en levantamiento de pesas y más. Los couches si se preocupan por que hagas bien el ejercicio y a todos les prestan atención, por lo cual obtienes buenos resultados, también tienen nutriólogo y duchas muy bueno, la mensualidad todo incluido quiza no sea muy barata pero bien vale cada peso invertido.
I highly recommend this place, they have CrossFit classes, functional exercises, posture correction in weight lifting and more. The couches if they worry that you do the exercise well and they all pay attention to them, for which you get good results, they also have a good nutritionist and showers, the all-inclusive monthly fee may not be very cheap but it is well worth every peso invested.
