Me ponen espera y me tratan de lo peor. NO VAYAN A ESTOS LABORATORIOS, nunca hay alguien acargo, no manadan facturas, ponen datos incorrectos y le cuelgan a cuando quieres hablar con alguien MAS. Los voy a demandar por negligencia. Very bad service, I'm still waiting for studies and an invoice, and when calling they tell me that the "engineer" has to send me the mail. They put me on hold and treat me for the worst. DO NOT GO TO THESE LABORATORIES, there is never someone in charge, they do not send bills, they put incorrect information and they hang up when you want to talk to someone else. I'm going to sue you for negligence.

Ya todos los asientos llenos no habia donde sentarse a esperar y en tiempos de pandemia.... si te dá miedito esperar mucho .... Good price. But there is a lack of logistics for a manager to streamline operations and information ... so that we don't spend so much time there with so many people. Already all the seats were full there was no where to sit and wait and in times of pandemic ... if it scares you, wait too long ...

K	Karen Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMOOOOO SERVICIO!!!!! de verdad no recomiendo este laboratorio. 1. Las que trabajan ahí no tienen organización, no tienen un encargado RESPONSABLE!!! 2. Aunque hagas cita si tienen algún problema con algún aparato no se molestan ni siquiera en llamarte para avisar, te hacen perder el tiempo y dinero. El aparto no funcionaba 4 horas esperando para que lo arreglaran. Pedimos la devolución del dinero y no quisieron que hasta 8 días se podía devolver. Ahora te dan la fecha para ir por los estudios y no te los dan a la hora que te dicen te hacen esperar otras 3 horas por qué la impresora NO SIRVEEE!!! Te entregan los estudios INCOMPLETOS de verdad no tienen organización, ya no puedes confiar si en realidad son tus estudios o no .. PESIMO SERVICIO deberían capacitar a sus empleados y tener mas control de sus pacientes !!! AWESOME SERVICE !!!!! I really don't recommend this lab. 1. Those who work there have no organization, they do not have a RESPONSIBLE manager !!! 2. Even if you make an appointment, if they have a problem with a device, they don't even bother to call you to tell you, they waste your time and money. L	Lirio García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo todo, desde hace 5 días hice cita para una radiografía y al llegar a la fecha programada al laboratorio me salen con que justo en ese momento llegaron a darle mantenimiento al equipo. Debieron haber considerado las citas programadas para ese día, pero es un laboratorio sin ética. Adicionando que la recepcionista tenia una actitud déspota (si no les gusta su trabajo renuncien). Me hicieron perder la mañana, gastar en el traslado y pasar un mal rato. Ojalá que los regulen y si no saben tener un control y logística ya cierren su "laboratorio" Everything is terrible, for 5 days I made an appointment for an X-ray and when I arrived at the scheduled date at the laboratory I came out with that just at that moment they came to give maintenance to the equipment. They should have considered the appointments scheduled for that day, but it is an unethical laboratory. Adding that the receptionist had a despotic attitude (if you don't like your job, quit). They made me waste the morning, spend on the commute, and have a hard time. Hopefully they will regulate them and if they don't know how to have control and logistics they will close their "laboratory"
