★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seris bueno que incitaran a la gente a respetar la cantidad de personas que pueden estar dentro de la sala de espera, ya que acudimos personas enfermas de vías respiratorias y es imposible respetar la sana distancia con tantas personas dentro.

Opte por ir a otro laboratorio "Caopa" que atiende con discreción buen trato y que cuenta con las medidas de seguridad e higiene.
The receptionists do not have discretion or good customer service, and they do not have a health security protocol.
Choose to go to another "Caopa" laboratory that handles good treatment with discretion and that has safety and hygiene measures.

Terrible service. I got my appointment on time and they made me wait another half hour; I went to the gynecologist and she kept talking on the phone. The receptionist is arrogant and with zero customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me trataron de sacar sangre y no pudieron. La primera vez me empezaban a lastimar y solicité que otro “ especialista” me sacara la sangre, me volvieron a meter la aguja y no pudo sacar nada. Súper estresante!!!
They tried to draw blood and they couldn't. The first time they started to hurt me and I asked another "specialist" to draw my blood, they put the needle back in and he couldn't get anything out. Super stressful !!!

El lugar para discapacitados lo ocupan quien sea, el mismo personal se estaciona casi adentro y no deja espacio a los clientes y peor para los que llegan en silla de ruedas, adentro en donde hacen los rayos x o densitometría igual si llevas silla de ruedas o muletas tienes que brincar escalones
It is not wheelchair accessible. The place for the disabled is occupied by whoever, the same staff is parked almost inside and does not leave space for customers and worse for those who arrive in a wheelchair, where they do the x-rays or densitometry, the same if you carry a wheelchair or crutches you have to jump steps
