Mal servicio, no pudieron entregar ? un envío de Liverpool, nunca se comunicaron con el destinatario para corroborar domicilio, simplemente según el repartidor y personal de logística no pudieron encontrar el domicilio en Polanco, a pesar de llevarlo ✔ correcto y el número de contacto. Simplemente lo devolvieron, con ese pretexto. Es la única paquetería que ha hecho esto en 30 años de trabajar con DHL, ESTAFETA Y DEMAS MARCAS. MAL SERVICIO, PERSONAL INCOMPETENTE, NO CUMPLEN CON LA CERTIFICACION DE CALIDAD EN EL SERVICIO.
Bad service, they could not deliver ? a shipment from Liverpool, they never contacted the recipient to verify address, simply according to the delivery man and logistics staff they could not find the address in Polanco, despite having it ✔ correct and the contact number. They simply returned it, under that pretext. It is the only parcel that has done this in 30 years of working with DHL, ESTAFETA AND OTHER BRANDS. POOR SERVICE, INCOMPETENT STAFF, DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE SERVICE QUALITY CERTIFICATION.

Pésimo servicio, se robaron los contenidos de un paquete, levanté una disputa que, por cierto, fue todo un caos ya que me pedían datos que sólo tenía la compañía que me había enviado el paquete, y después de meses no procedió nada, simplemente la cerraron diciendo que no habían encontrado nada en su investigación. Con ninguna otra paquetería he tenido una experiencia tan mala y con tan mala atención al cliente, desde ahí la evito a toda costa.
Terrible service, the contents of a package were stolen, I raised a dispute that, by the way, was all chaos since they asked me for information that only the company that had sent me the package had, and after months nothing proceeded, simply the they closed saying they had found nothing in their investigation. With no other parcel I have had such a bad experience and with such bad customer service, from there I avoid it at all costs.

Pessimo servicio. No contestan sus correos electronicos, no ayudan por telefono. Nadamas te mandan de un departamento a otro, a que resulta que nadie sabe corregir un error que ellos hicieron. No vale la pena usar este compania. Mejor DHL o FedEx.
Lousy service. They don't answer your emails, they don't help on the phone. They just send you from one department to another, it turns out that nobody knows how to correct a mistake they made. It is not worth using this company. Better DHL or FedEx.

My package was sent back to me but They stole half of the things that I sent, my package was worth $2000. They sent it back because “price tags” were still on things but had the audacity to steal them. What a joke, you are an embarrassment that’s why Mexico is a joke.

Do not ship things to MX I spent over 1,000 USD to ship my things and have shoes,handbags,clothes missing items were opened and thrown in boxes. Boxes were not sealed indicating items fell out customs is holding 2 boxes for over a month and do not want to give it to me or send back to the US it’s a dam headache and I paid expedited each box costing me around 250.00 dollars and I don’t even have all my stuff

UPS Mexico is a bunch of scammers. They tricked me into believing I had received a big package of goods by putting 4 kg at the tracking info. Then made me pay over 4,500 pesos for it in taxes. When the package arrived it was just a small 360 gram part of the full delivery. The rest was coming in another box (I refused to pay again so they just took it). When I talked to them via email and over the phone, they could not care less and refused to take any responsibility. I think they do this systematically and sell the goods on the black market. I have never had any similar problems with FedEx or DHL so be careful.

The absolute worst experience I have had. I had a package sent to me from the USA to Play del Carmen. It was sent on December 3rd. It is now December 13 and I do not have it. They claim they attempted to deliver it 3 times but I was not available. NOT TRUE ! They did not leave a slip saying they had tried. They did not contact me to say they had tried. Someone is always home. Horrible. UPS may charge less than FedEx or DHL but you get what you pay for or in this case do not get anything. I will have to reorder the item and have it sent via FedEx or DHL.

Worst experience trying to ship some beauty products for OVER A MONTH, each shipping fee being over 200 DOLLARS and still can't deliver it to Mexico, always finding some excuse to hold the package and NEVER contacting me although each time they state "UPS initiated contact with receiver or importer for clearance information. Once received, UPS will submit for clearance." There's nothing illegal or a real reason for them to keep doing this. And let's not get started with the useless customer service.
