★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not answer the phone, I wasn't allow to enter and ask a simple question (I am an USA citizen) and because of this I had to reschedule my flight twice. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife was locked in a cold room with men and women for 14 hours by mexican immigration because her passport was hole punched. When I asked for the consulate the immigration officers ignored me (apparently waiting a bribe). When I was able to call the consulate it was closed and the emergency number that was given in the message didn't work. My passport says to call the consulate of you get detained. But I don't think that I want to go to Cancun again. It's lucky that my wife didn't get attacked by the men locked in the room with her, because it's one big party at the consulate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was studying abroad couple years back, needed my birth certificate had requested it back home and it took forever, didn’t even arrive, I made an appointment here and not only was the service extraordinary, the officer assisted in the matter ASAP since it was urgent and in a couple of weeks it was in my hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t want to give even 1 star coz worts ever consulate I have seen. I live in USA on a business visa and on return to New York from Cancun. My oldest daughter lost her old passport which has visa stamps but she has a new passport. So I was stuck in Cancun and when I ask help from us consulate they refugee to even talk to me just becoz I am not an usa citizen. Even though my youngest daughter is a us citizen.
So that mean they want collect all the taxes from non immigrants but don’t want to help them.
