Oh decepción cuando después de todo el día no había ni checado mi carro, al final y por salir del paso me dieron un diagnóstico sin checar si quiera, lo termine llevando con mi mecánico de confianza y el descartó su diagnóstico. El caro ya está reparado It is close to my home and I decided to go. PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y ACTITUD. SI SE PUDIERA NO LE DABA NINGUNA ESTRELLA. MUY MAL. DESPUÉS DE ELLOS LO LLEVE A OTRO TALLER Y EN UN DÍA SUPIERON QUE TENÍA Y LO ARREGLARON. DEBEN SER HONESTOS SI NO SABEN DECIRLO Y NO HACER QUE PERDAMOS EL TIEMPO Y DINERO. PORQUE ESE SI SABEN COMO COBRAR. Me dijeron que me arreglarian la transmision y ohh sorpresa... al mes de entregarmelo volvio mi coche a la falla. Despues, para hacer valida la garantia querian que les llevaba el carro hasta su taller cuando se supone que el error fue de ellos. Y obvio no quisieron hacerse esponsables de la garantia. Ademas, por di fuera poco son buenos para cobrar e inventar fallas a tu coche. Te lo entregan hasta que les da su voluntad. En fin... lo peor wue en mi vida he conocido. The service is pa te ti co ... so textually. Do not be fooled. They told me that they would fix the transmission and ohh surprise ... a month after delivering it, my car returned to the fault. Then, to validate the warranty they wanted the car to take them to their workshop when it is assumed that the error was theirs. And obviously they did not want to become responsible for the guarantee. In addition, out of little they are good for charging and inventing failures in your car. They give it to you until it gives them their will. Anyway ... the worst thing I've ever known.
c	carolina guerrero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!, me cobraban un dineral, casi la mitad del costo del vehículo, que porque requería remanufacturada toda la transmisión, la llevé a otro taller y me repararon con mucho menos dinero y quedó al 100, me dijeron que estaba en muy buenas condiciones solo requería aceitada y cambio de 2 piezas. Terrible service !!, they charged me a fortune, almost half the cost of the vehicle, because it required remanufactured the entire transmission, I took it to another workshop and they repaired me with much less money and it was 100, they told me it was in very good condition conditions only required oiling and change of 2 pieces.

CON RELACIÓN A LA CALIDAD DEL TRABAJO Y LA PUNTUALIDAD DEL MISMO. A DEMÁS ME HICIERON VALIDA MI GARANTÍA, Y SI LOS RECOMIENDO. THE EXPERIENCE THAT I LIVED WHEN TAKING MY CAR TO A REPAIR OF THE TRANSMISSION CASE, I CAN COMMENT THAT IT WAS VERY WELL, AND THEY PROVIDED ME A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, AT THE MOMENT. IN RELATION TO THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND THE TIMELINESS OF IT. IN ADDITION THEY MADE MY WARRANTY VALID, AND IF I RECOMMEND THEM.
M	Manuel Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tengo una opinión ni mala ni buena de este taller, ya que el servicio que solicité no se concretó completamente, sin embargo cuando acudí a la revisión de mi auto, el Sr. que me atendió me dijo que lo dejara por un lapso de 4 a 5 horas para que le realizara un diagnóstico ya que tenía demasiado trabajo (a sabiendas de que yo iría). Pasaron las horas pactadas y me dijo que al otro día tendría el diagnóstico, y nuevamente pasó un día completo y acudí al lugar sólo para que me dijera que no sabía el costo de la reparación porque necesitaba desarmarlo. Tuve de plano que retirarlo hasta el otro día! porque no tenía una referencia clara de lo que pagaría por la reparación y además no pude llevármelo porque estaba encerrado por otros vehículos. No lo recomiendo. The agreed hours passed and he told me that the next day he would have the diagnosis, and again a full day passed and I went to the place only to be told that he did not know the cost of the repair because he needed to dismantle it. I had to withdraw it until the other day! because I did not have a clear reference of what I would pay for the repair and also I could not take it because it was enclosed by other vehicles. I do not recommend it.
A	Alex mx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi transmisión no quedo bien incluso empeoró ya que después de su ''arreglo'' no entraban las velocidades este taller según me dio garantía y ahora no la quieren hacer válida. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Por cierto el costo fue altísimo con ese dinero me hubiera convenido comprar una reacondicionada. My transmission did not look good, it even got worse since after its "fix" this workshop did not enter the speeds as it gave me a guarantee and now they do not want to make it valid. I do not recommend at all. By the way the cost was very high with that money it would have been convenient for me to buy a reconditioned one.
