Yo LAMENTABLEMENTE fui estudiante de esta institución Universidad Univer Colima durante los primeros 4 cuatrimestres, en esta institución UNIVER COLIMA,
Por ciertas circunstancias tuve que cambiarme de escuela,
Lamentablemente no he podido ingresar a la nueva institución de manera oficial debido a que me han solicitado documentos de comprobación de estudios cursados, desde hace DOS años los solicite a la UNIVER, y me comentaron que tardaría en mes en estar listo ese documento, sin embargo se han inventado una gran cantidad de excusas y MENTIRAS que aún HASTA LA FECHA no han llegado estos documentos.
Siendo que yo pagué por estos documentos y es un derecho que se me otorguen, la verdad es LAMENTABLE Y DEPRIMENTE la importancia y soporte que da el personal y las oficinas a los ESTUDIANTES...
El peor personal educativo, en repetidas ocasiones me han confirmado y asegurado que llegara tal fecha y al último ni siquiera contestan las llamadas o simplemente bloquean el número, tengo que ir a la oficina para que finalmente me digan que aún no llegan y
"ESPEREMOS QUE LLEGUE PARA TAL FECHA"...
LO PEOR DE TODO ES QUE NO soy solo yo, sino muchos estudiantes que estamos en esta misma situación.

UNFORTUNATELY I was a student of this institution Universidad Univer Colima during the first 4 semesters, in this institution UNIVER COLIMA,
Due to certain circumstances I had to change schools,
Unfortunately, I have not been able to officially enter the new institution because they have asked me for proof of studies, I have been requesting them from UNIVER for TWO years, and they told me that it would take a month for that document to be ready, however A large number of excuses and LIES have been invented that these documents have not yet arrived UNTIL DATE.
Being that I paid for these documents and it is a right that they be granted to me, the truth is LAMENTABLE AND DEPRESSING the importance and support that the staff and the offices give to the STUDENTS...
The worst educational staff, they have repeatedly confirmed and assured me that such a date will arrive and at the last they do not even answer the calls or simply block the number, I have to go to the office so that they finally tell me that they have not arrived yet and
"LET'S HOPE IT ARRIVES BY SUCH DATE"...
THE WORST OF ALL IS THAT it is NOT just me, but many students who are in this same situation.
