El día martes 17 mayo lleve a mi hijo por una muela picada, la odontropediatra sugirió realizarle una pulpotomia, el mismo martes por la noche todo su labio lo tenía muy inflamado, el miércoles me presenté para que lo revisara y no se encontraba, el jueves lo volví a llevar y comentaba que "a lo mejor se mordió" (pero no me daba una solución y mi hijo estaba empeorando), el viernes lo volví a llevar porque en ves de mejoría iba empeorando y ahora salió con que " a lo mejor traía infección", mi hijo no puede comer, le lastima mucho su labio, le arde, le duele. Me tuve que ver en la necesidad de llevarlo a otro lugar para que me lo diagnosticaran y pudieran darle un tratamiento, y ya ahí me comentaron que lo que mi hijo tenía era una quemadura, que probablemente con alguno de los instrumentos que utilizo lo quemo en el labio y por eso el problema empeoró. Esto ocurrió en la sucursal santa Cecilia, y éxigo se tomen cartas en el asunto, porque desde un inicio no se realizó el procedimiento de manera correcta y con el paso de los días solo estaba atinando que es lo que pudo ver pasado. La chica de recepción también muy grosera y la "ondotopediatra" sin poder solucionar el problema. Espero una solución Universal Clínica Dental

This happened at the Santa Cecilia branch, and success was taken in the matter, because from the beginning the procedure was not carried out correctly and with the passage of days he was only guessing what he could see happened.
