★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima empresa mediocre con sueldos nada competitivos y muy bajos, ambiente laboral paupérrimo y atención grosera y pésima, no vale la pena trabajar ahí, ni siquiera como ingeniero, es mucho mejor Jabil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala empresa , no hay oportunidad de crecimiento laboral , para obtener la planta tienes que tener dos años o mas para tener supuestamente mas beneficios , que es prima vacacional de una miseria igual con el aguinaldo y vacaciones un simple miseria , en mi experiencia trabajando ahi muy mal no puedes crecer te limitan a aprender los entrenadores no sirven para nada , las liders no te apoyan , y los supervisores no estan al pediente de lo que pasa solo quieren metas y no hay calidad . Mu mala empresa tienen que crecer vastante y dar mejores prestaciones .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo años trabajando ahí he estado en diferentes industrias del sector y debo decir que tiene como ventajas a las otras que su estabilidad es excelente, tiene proyectos a largo plazo así que no sufrirás lo que en otras que se acaba el proyecto y chao, tiene las áreas de oportunidad que ninguna otra así que mucha mejora y paciencia, si no eres tolerante no te la recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entrevistaron para una vacante como Customer Service, todo iba muy bien y pasé las entrevistas sobre la operación ya que tengo experiencia en la industria automotriz.
En la última entrevista con el gerente José Salazar, se dedicó a menospreciar mi experiencia diciendo erróneamente que yo venía de la industria metalmecanica, que eran 500 np's y que yo no iba a poder, su último comentario fue que USI tiene la política de dar oportunidad a la gente joven y personas de mi edad no contratan (40 o más años)
Fue una pésima experiencia y no me dijeron de esa política de USI al principio de las entrevistas.
