Fui jueves a q checaran un iPhone 7 q estaba fallando y quién me atendió, desde un principio se mostró bastante cortante y se limito a medio tocar el teléfono y me dijo q no tenía nada q así me lo llevará y q estaba súper seguro q NO fallaría,me retire y volvió a fallar fui el lunes y le dije mira si fallo, me dijobq lo dejara q lo iba a checar al día siguiente me avisaron q ya estaba mi equipo, fui y me lo entregaron me recibió el recepcionista porque el técnico se iba a un servicio, lo estaba checando y se volvió a apagar el técnico ya se había ido y me dijo q regresará mañana ok volví a ir y me dijo q lo dejara otra ves, está ves le dejé otro teléfono un 6s y me dijeron q regresará al día siguiente me comunique vía wts y nada toda la tarde y nada hasta q me mandaron un wts dónde dexia q se habían inundado y q no podían trabajar así ok" al día siguiente fui y mi teléfono igual el recepcionista me dijo q lo habían probado y checado y todo le pregunté q porque no me habían contestado los wts y me dijo q porque tuvieron mucho trabajo le dije pues no q se habían inundado y me dijo a si también dije ok"y mi teléfono igual le pregunté por el otro y me dijo a de ese si no c nada deje le marco y me dijo el técnico no lo he visto para nada mañana lo checo ok" al día siguiente no fue a trabajar y mi teléfono igual los mandé mucho a la chi...@. y les quite mis teléfonos conclusión sin unos mentirosos y hue...no vale la pena ir ahí ,gaste más en pasaje y ni así quedaron mis teléfonos q lastima y dice q son oficial de apple no creo en fin ahí les dejo toda mi experiencia por si consideran ir a es lugar.
