★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Universität Cristóbal Colón ist spitze. Es sind zwei Campus. Der eine, Torrent, liegt in der Stadt Veracruz. Dieser, Calasanz, liegt außerhalb der Stadt. Man ist fast umgeben von Weiden, einem Sumpf und viel Kokospalmen. Ich hatte die Erlaubnis soviel Kokosnüsse zu ernten wie ich wollte. Sehr lecker waren diese. Es gab einige Stechmücken, die sich vor allem Abends stark bemerkbar machten. Man stieß auf allerlei Tiere, so wie Schnappschildkröten, eine Schlange, Vögel und auch Hasen. Die Vorlesungen erinnerten mich sehr stark an meine Schulzeit, Hausaufgaben und Anwesenheitspflicht waren Tagesordnung. Die Dozenten waren insgesamt hilfsbereit, sehr nett waren die Reinigungskräfte und Hausmeister. Kann die UCC nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen.
The University of Cristóbal Colón is top. There are two campuses. One, Torrent, is in the city of Veracruz. This, Calasanz, is outside the city. You are almost surrounded by willows, a swamp and lots of coconut trees. I was allowed to harvest as many coconuts as I wanted. These were very tasty. There were some mosquitos, which were particularly noticeable in the evening. You encountered all sorts of animals, such as snapping turtles, a snake, birds and rabbits. The lectures reminded me very much of my school days, homework and attendance were the order of the day. Overall, the lecturers were helpful, the cleaning staff and caretakers were very nice. Can only warmly recommend the UCC.
