Culpan al cierre por el Covid pero la SEP esta trabajando desde hace tiempo ya. Muy mala administración. si dependiera de tener la cedula para que te contraten, pues bien gracias..... P	Paulina Rubio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo está excelente cuando eres estudiante, pero siendo egresado, es la peor gestión de trámites de escuela que haya conocido, más de 2 años sin título y certificado, la atención es decadente, marcas y no contestan, solo se pasan la bolita, nunca hay respuesta ni apuro por atender, siempre le echan la culpa a SICYT, y se olvidan que muchos trabajamos en escolares y sabemos a la perfección el trámite y tiempo ante la dependencia. Tienen que mejorar desmesuradamente la tramitología para los titulados y egresados, ya que le resta la calidad educativa y la experiencia que tenemos como alumnos, desgraciadamente no recomiendo la escuela en lo mínimo. A	AIDEH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algunos de los profesores valen la pena y son muy buenos, sin embargo, la atención por parte del control escolar es muy deficiente, tardan mucho en hacer los trámites correspondientes para egresados. Tardaron más de un año en entregar mi título aún cuando el último día de clases entregué mi servicio social liberado y me titule por promedio que se supone es la modalidad más rápida, han pasado más de dos años y ni siquiera han iniciado el trámite de mi cédula federal, voy y me dicen una cosa, cuando regreso hay alguien más y me dicen otra, solo dan largas. Exigen los pagos puntuales pero no corresponden con la misma puntualidad al hacer los trámites, contestan de mal humor y si es que contestan el teléfono. Donde quedan muchísimo a deber es en lo administrativo, pésimo servicio. El personal es sumamente grosero e irrespetuoso (control escolar) dan por hecho que sabes todo cuando acudes a preguntar y hasta muecas sarcásticas te hacen. Llevo 1 año esperando mi documento con validez oficial que acredita mis estudios pero cada que asisto solo me dicen que “está en trámite”. Van día oportunidades de trabajo que pierdo gracias a no tener ese bendito documento. Every day I lose job opportunities thanks to not having that blessed document.
