★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba interesada en una maestria y pedí información, maldita la hora en que hice eso, me llaman todos los días a todas horas!! Me llaman a las 10pm o a cualquier otra hora!!! Además, los numeros de telefono los pasan a cualquier lado, me llamo una señora de ese mismo numero que tienen diciendo que era el telefono de su abuelita, osea sabe dios a donde pasan los numeros de telefono. Me tienen cansada, no me llamen mas, ya no me interesa la maestria, que dicho sea de paso pedi la info por correo y nunca me la mandaron!!!!!

In addition, the phone numbers are passed anywhere, a lady from that same number called me saying it was her grandmother's phone, I mean, God knows where the phone numbers go. They have me tired, do not call me anymore, I am no longer interested in the master's degree, that by the way I asked for the info by mail and they never sent it to me !!!!!

I AM ALERT ABOUT THE LACK OF SERIOUSNESS OF THIS ISEP INSTITUTION, I STARTED MY COMPLAINTS SINCE MORE THAN A YEAR AGO THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED ME ANYTHING FOR WHICH I PAID FOR A SPECIALIZATION AND AFTER A MONTH I ASKED FOR MY RETIREMENT (SEPT. 2020) THEY INFORMED ME THAT I COULD TRANSFER THE QUOTE AND THIS IS THE TIME THAT THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED ANYTHING FOR ME, TOTAL SILENCE AND THE GREATEST CHALLENGE, THEY CALLED ME 2022 BECAUSE I HAVE AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE, I TALK TO THEM ABOUT THE SILENCE THAT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO TRANSFER THE QUOTA OR RETURN THE MONEY AND THEY TELL ME THAT I MUST COMMUNICATE WITH THE REGISTRY AND I HAVE NEVER ACHIEVED ANY COMMUNICATION, DESPITE THE TIMES I HAVE WRITTEN TO THEM., THIS IS A SERIOUS INFLUENCE OF AN INSTITUTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar para trabajar, te despiden sin dar explicaciones, cuando el gerente te aseguró tiempo atrás que no sería así, que comprendía que sus bases quemadas no eran funcionales y al momento de ser despedido masivamente JAMÁS dio la cara y hasta te deja en visto y te bloquea. Realmente decepcionante y que ponga de líder del equipo mexicano a un colombiano, que choca con las diferencias culturales entre Colombia y México, quien se encargó de humillarnos masivamente, ofrecen miles de beneficios a los trabajadores como estudiar una maestría con beca y resulta que a los que ya tienen tiempo ahí y quienes han solicitado estudiar dicha maestría, casi casi hacen que les rueguen para ello. Si van a trabajar ahí, piénsenlo 2 veces ¡PÉSIMO!
The worst place to work, they fire you without explanation, when the manager assured you some time ago that it would not be like that, that he understood that his burnt bases were not functional and at the time of being massively fired, he NEVER showed his face and even left you in sight and blocks you. Really disappointing and that they put a Colombian as the leader of the Mexican team, who collides with the cultural differences between Colombia and Mexico, who was in charge of humiliating us massively, they offer thousands of benefits to the workers such as studying a master's degree with a scholarship and it turns out that the that they already have time there and those who have requested to study this master's degree, almost almost make them beg for it. If you are going to work there, think twice. AWFUL!
