★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es cero profesional y son muy groseras, tratas de que te expliquen los procedimientos y lo único que saben decir es "esperame, estoy ocupada". Tienes que andar de tras de ellas para que te digan costos información y x cosa. Yo me decepcione del personal de la institución y no lo recomiendo
 The staff is zero professional and they are very rude, you try to get them to explain the procedures and all they know how to say is "wait for me, I'm busy". You have to go after them so that they tell you costs information and x things. I was disappointed in the staff of the institution and I do not recommend it
