M	MYRNA CASTILLO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concepto muy padre, barato considerando el estilo, las instalaciones muy, muy bien cuidadas, habitaciones limpias, súper equipadas. Es una experiencia agradable, al llegar te dan una bebida de cortesía (refresco, agua o... Cerveza), el personal totalmente amable, todos desde los guardias de la entrada, recepción, y cualquier persona que te encuentres que labora ahí son muy amables. Eso sí, es un ambiente de gente joven todos los días hay música entonces es un poco ruidoso si tú idea es dormir temprano. También es un sitio pet friendly entonces te encuentras varios gatos en el camino. El servicio de alimentos también está muy bien relación calidad-precio-cantidad. Sin duda un concepto padrísimo y que cumple muy bien con su objetivo. Very cool concept, cheap considering the style, the facilities very, very well maintained, clean rooms, super equipped. It is a pleasant experience, when you arrive they give you a courtesy drink (soda, water or ... beer), the staff are totally friendly, everyone from the guards at the entrance, reception, and anyone you find who works there are very kind. Of course, it is an atmosphere of young people every day there is music so it is a bit noisy if your idea is to sleep early. It is also a pet friendly place so you meet several cats on the way. Food service is also very good value for money. Without a doubt, a very cool concept that meets its objective very well.
A	ALMA ROSA SANCHEZ MUNDO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un magnífico lugar para que los estudiantes foráneos tengan dónde vivir mientras están en Mérida, tiene todas las comodidades, servicio de internet, áreas de esparcimiento, restaurante, lavandería, minisuper. Las habitaciones tienen lo básico y hay mucha seguridad. Yo fui en junio del 2021 y nos mostraron las instalaciones, los tipos de habitaciones y todo lo que tienen. Excelente servicio y muy bien lugar aunque las habitaciones me parecieron muy chiquitas pero tienen lo básico para poder estar, la compartida me parece, es mejor. It is a magnificent place for foreign students to have a place to live while they are in Mérida, it has all the comforts, internet service, recreation areas, restaurant, laundry, mini-supermarket. The rooms have the basics and there is a lot of security. I went in June 2021 and they showed us the facilities, the types of rooms and everything they have. Excellent service and very good place although the rooms seemed very small but they have the basics to be able to stay, the shared one seems to me, it is better.
E	Elizabeth Villasenor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualmente estoy viviendo aquí, y es un asco de residencia. A cada rato hay pésimo internet, se va la luz en los departamentos, nos dejan sin agua. Departamentos miniatura, no dejan que los invitados se puedan quedar a dormir. No cumplen con las normas de convivencia, el servicio de transporte es basura si no estás en Anáhuac Mayab. Muy pocos horarios para salir los sábados y si tus invitados se quedan después de horas de visitas te cobran. Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo haría, si quieres vivir en Mérida como foráneo mejor renta un depa o una casita te salen mucho más económicas y más amplias I am currently living here, and it is a disgusting residence. Every once in a while there is lousy internet, the power goes out in the apartments, they leave us without water. Miniature departments, they don't let guests stay overnight. They do not comply with the rules of coexistence, the transportation service is rubbish if you are not in Anáhuac Mayab. Very few times to go out on Saturdays and if your guests stay after visiting hours they charge you. If I could give zero stars I would, if you want to live in Mérida as a foreigner, you better rent a flat or a little house, they are much cheaper and more spacious
