★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi perrita a bañar y le pegaron las pulgas. No quisieron hacerse responsables y me dijeron que la volvían a bañar pero me cobraban el nuevo baño. Por supuesto que no regresé (ademas el encargado me cobró más que otras veces) DOS meses después me dan respuesta argumentando que no soy su cliente...cuando hablé personalmente con el Dr. que me busco para “disculparse” hace meses, es muy fácil, háganse responsables de sus errores y ya!
I took my dog to bathe and she got fleas. They did not want to be held responsible and told me that they would bathe her again but charged me for the new bath. Of course I did not return (also the manager charged me more than other times) TWO months later they give me an answer arguing that I am not their client ... when I spoke personally with the Dr. who sought me out to "apologize" months ago, it is very easy, take responsibility for your mistakes and go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad es un trato muy muy amable y atienden a sus mascotas súper rapidísimo aparte de que salen muy wuapisimos y limpios de todo a todo lo recomiendo ampliamente de verdad no es caro y los tratan súper bien como si fueran de ellos mismos
It really is a very very friendly treatment and they take care of their pets super fast apart from that they leave very wuapisimos and clean from everything to everything I highly recommend it really it is not expensive and they treat them super well as if they were their own
