Hoy realize una consulta por teléfono y que mal atención, bueno ni me atendieron, me dijeron que por Whatsapp, pero tampoco por ese medio atienden.
Los anteriores empleados eran muy atentos, pero estos pues no les interesa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el día de hoy fui y mi experiencia con la vendedora fue muy mala. Parecía que le molestaba hacer su trabajo, su actitud fue bastante apática y no se sabía la información de los precios ni de los descuentos. El lugar tiene buenos precios pero el servicio de la vendedora fue pésimo, anteriormente estaba un chico (Diego) muy agradable, me orientaba, resolvía mis dudas, me hacía recomendaciones, me daba seguimiento post venta y su servicio era excelente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cabe recalcar que manejar excelentes precios 10/10, manejan muy buenas marcas y por lo general todo tiene descuento, incluso los accesorios como relojes y maquillaje.
Muy buen trato de los empleados.
Lo único malo es que si tú llamas el que atiende el teléfono es una persona déspota sin amabilidad que parece que ni ganas de trabajar tiene.
El que sea encargado de esta tienda, que cheque ese punto débil, ya que por empleados como estos pierden buenos clientes.
