Llegando a la consulta, se le comento que la perrita se había sentido mal después de comer que ningún animal había picado la cachorra. Sin embargo, sin preguntar mas allá, sin revisar a la perrita, saco su teléfono y empezó a filmar como se retorcía la pobre perrita. Luego le inyecto un anti histamínico y nos pidió dejársela. Incapaz de diagnosticar a mi perrita, que lamentablemente murió durante la noche bajo sus dichos cuidados. Cabe recalcar que lo llamamos durante la noche y es obvio que se había ido a su casa puesto que no contesto y dejo la perrita sola. Además de insensible e inhumano, nunca nos avisó de su deceso hasta llegar a la clínica por la mañana. Cuando mi hija le dijo que venía por la perrita, sin avisar antes,¡ Le entrego la perrita envuelta en su pañal y dentro de una bolsa de plástico!! ¡Un monstruo! Ha salvado a mi perrita de 11 años ya dos veces, y a mis otros dos perros también los ha curado de problemas menores siempre con un conocimiento muy amplio. En cuanto a la estética no nos encantó pero nada malo, definitivamente el servicio médico veterinario que el Dr. Luis ofrece, en ningún otro lado lo encontrarás. Tenemos apenas menos de un año que lo conocimos y vaya que agradecemos haber llegado con la persona correcta. We owe so much to Dr. Luis, he is an excellent veterinarian, very professional, he knows a lot. He has saved my 11-year-old dog twice now, and he has also cured my other two dogs of minor problems always with very extensive knowledge. As for the aesthetics we did not love it but nothing bad, definitely the veterinary medical service that Dr. Luis offers, you will not find it anywhere else. El “doctor” Luis Antonio, hizo más de 3 diagnósticos mal que condujeron a la muerte de mi Pomerania hoy en la mañana. Cabe recalcar que en ningún momento mostró interés en ayudarla y solo le importó el dinero. Se quedó hospitalizada y bajo su supuesto cuidado toda la noche, sin embargo en ningún momento contestó una sola llamada. Tengan cuidado con sus animales ya que en esta veterinaria no saben cuidarlos. El “veterinario” no tiene ni un poco de tacto, me entrego el cuerpo de mi perrita en una bolsa de plástico. No soy mucho de dar comentarios pero al ser un trabajo que trata con vidas tan importantes como la de los animalitos me parece fundamental mencionarle a las personas qué es una clínica con absoluta falta de humanismo y ética profesional. Gracias a dios al doctor le dio igual atendernos y nos corrió del establecimiento, de no haber sido así probablemente mi gatita no estuviera estable. Cuiden a sus mascotitas en otro lugar.? Appalling. ? Don't risk vital time in the face of an emergency of your pet in this place. G	Gisela Manriquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por muchos años estuve llevando a mi gatita y siempre muy amables, sobre todo un doctor que siempre ve la manera de solucionar el problema y sacarlos adelante de la enfermedad en ocasiones con medicina alternativa. Nunca había experimentado en una mascota la homeopatía y nos funcionó de maravilla. Ahora llevé a un gatito que estaba lastimado de su patita, desnutrido, sucio y difícil de tratar porque no se dejaba agarrar y él lo atendió de maravilla!! I had never experienced homeopathy on a pet and it worked wonders for us. Only talked to us through his assistant and basically sent us away without even looking at the animal. Telling us to leave the rabbit like that because it might die if they sheer its fur. Very unprofessional.
