★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chartered a private 4 hour private fishing excursion with BIP charters through the Hilton Resort. They boat was very clean and both the captain and the fishermen wore masks until we were reached open waters. The captain was skilled in maneuver the boat so we didn’t not get motion sickness. The fishermen was great at getting out five lines in the water. Before we left the barber we caught our first skipjack. We then caught a Spanish mackerel. We used some live bait to catch two crevalle jacks. We finished the trip with finding a school of mackerel that we couldn’t reel them up fast enough. These guys knew their stuff in terms of locations and were very professional. The fishermen used our catch to make ceviche. Best I have ever had! So fresh and flavorful! Manny and Louis did a great job and would recommend them again and again!!
