Pésimo es un FRAUDE lo que ellos hacen, usurparon el nombre del Hotel Seadust Cancún Family resort, para hacerme una venta engañosa, que realicé el día 3, 4 y 5 de Noviembre del 2020... un paquete hotel todo incluido, viaje redondo por Volaris y transportación hotel- aeropuerto. Unlimited Vacation Club By AMR tm. WE WERE asked to see their product while staying in Mexico at the Vine a Secrets hotel. Tour etc to last 90 minutes and in return receive a gift for attending. The 90 minutes lasted 5 hours and the pressure was so great that i finally caved in and purchased one of their Vacation plans. I was told that this wasn't timeshare. That I could use as many weeks as I wanted too each year until I had used up all my weeks. That I could trade/choose from over 1,000 places to vacation in. Etc Etc Etc. However they forgot to tell me that beside X-mass and New Years. There were over 6 other black out periods. They told me that I could exchange places with no problems. Turns out you have to exchange or request the property 1 to 2 years in advance if you want to succeed in getting it. I'm 72 years old. I want my weeks to be able to be used within 30 days of deciding to take a holiday. Now I'm trying to cancel. I bought into this club 1 week ago and my membership doesn't start for 30 days. But they are threatening me with all kinds of Cancellation terms. WARNING, THERE IS MISREPRESENTATION ON THEIR PART. THEY ONLY GIVE YOU 5 MINUTES TO GO OVER THEIR 20 PAGE CONTRACT. ASKING FOR YOUR SIGNATURE AND INITIALS ALL OVER THE PAGES. It is so full of legalities that even their Customer Service staff admit when challenged that they don't understand most of the contract and only a Lawyer would. I'M THREATENING TO SUE THEM AND GO AS PUBLIC AS YOU WILL LET ME. IF THEY REFUSE TO RELEASE ME FROM A CONTRACT THEY WAS MISREPRESENTED TO BEGIN WITH AND NEVER CAME TO TERM.
