Se pueden quemar hasta 1,000 calorias por hora en un entrenamiento, lo más difícil es la primer semana, después, se les acabo su gorda puercas. Cuando mencionas que vas a un Club de Box, automáticamente la gente te mira con otros ojos, más de respeto, te dara mucha autoestima y veraz los cambios físicos muy rápido y de manera progresiva, se vera beneficiada tu salud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que entreno con ellos, lo hice hace unos años y la verdad es que es uno de los deportes más completos, intensos y divertidos que hay. Súper buen servicio de todo el equipo y muy buenas instalaciones.
It is the second time that I train with them, I did it a few years ago and the truth is that it is one of the most complete, intense and fun sports there is. Super good service from all the team and very good facilities.

Super recomendable; yo esperaba encontrar un espacio donde hacer cardio; más sin embargo, la pasión, la dedicación y el saber de los instructores te contagia y te enamoran del deporte. De todas las escuelas de box sin lugar a dudas Unidos es la mejor.
Without a doubt one of the best boxing schools. Super recommended; I was hoping to find a space to do cardio; more however, the passion, dedication and knowledge of the instructors infects you and makes you fall in love with the sport. Of all the boxing schools, Unidos is without a doubt the best.
