★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo alrededor de año y medio visitando y comprando ahí hay Gran variedad de todo pero pésimo servicio de parte de una de las señoras que atienden...en especial la señora de chinos, siempre está molesta atiende de mala gana la verdad me eh regresado cuando está ella , preguntas precios y te contesta mal no te voltea ni a ver siempre que voy es lo mismo con ella, voy ahí x la cercanía pero Aceves prefiero ir a Altavista aunque me quedé lejos pero me tratan bien nada que ver con ella...espero y hagan algo al respecto, vas a comprar no a que te regalen las cosas y la señora se molesta como si le pidieras regalado
I have been visiting and buying there for about a year and a half there is a great variety of everything but terrible service from one of the ladies who attend ... especially the Chinese lady, she is always upset, she reluctantly attends the truth when I came back She is there, you ask prices and she answers you wrongly, she does not turn you around or look at you whenever I go, it is the same with her, I go there because of the proximity but Aceves I prefer to go to Altavista although I stayed far away but they treat me well nothing to do with her .I hope and do something about it, you are going to buy not to get things as gifts and the lady gets upset as if you asked her for a gift

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo años comprando en unser ya que hay uniformes muy lindos y de mi talla.
Me cambié de Domicilio y la sucursal más cercana es Santa Teresa así que decidí ir ahí, SORPRESA QUE ME LLEVE la chava que atiende ahí muy antipática, ni siquiera nos contestó el saludo, le preguntábamos sobre tallas y modelos a lo cual nos ignoraba o contestaba de mala gana.
No volveré a comprar ahí, recomiendo Polanco o santa fe, el personal es muy atento y amable.
I have been shopping in unser for years since there are very nice uniforms and my size.
I changed my Address and the closest branch is Santa Teresa so I decided to go there, SURPRISE THAT THE girl who attends there is very unfriendly, she did not even answer the greeting, we asked her about sizes and models to which she ignored or answered us reluctantly.
I will not buy there again, I recommend Polanco or Santa Fe, the staff is very attentive and friendly.

La encargada con cara de sargento mal pagada con pésima actitud y encima de todo ME COBRARON 1 GORRO DE MÁS (Tengo las pruebas) lamentablemente me di cuenta ya que estaba en mi domicilio. Pero preferí no regresar a ver caras y malas actitudes.
NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO.
They lack a lot in terms of quality of service. The manager with the face of a poorly paid sergeant with a lousy attitude and on top of everything THEY CHARGED ME 1 MORE CAP (I have the proof) unfortunately I realized it since I was at my home. But I preferred not to go back to see faces and bad attitudes.

Sí su personal no puede ser puntual no dejar ingresar a la tienda hasta que lo puedan atender.
