J	Jonathan Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en general es regular, les doy una estrella por qué no se puede menos, al momento de rentar un auto te piden un depósito en garantía y al momento de regresar el coche te dice que en un periodo máximo de 15 días se reintegra. Una total mentira ya que llevo más de 3 meses y ese dinero no se ha reintegrado y se lavan las manos diciendo que son cosas de los bancos. Sin ofrecer alguna solución. K	Kaydarus Krystan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamento, en verdad pero la atención es en extremo deficiente se la pasan de mentira en mentira y solicitan un montón de requisitos que al final no los aceptan por políticas de la misma empresa es una pena que tengan a gente sin preparación y ni con tacto para atención al cliente, busquen gente que resuelva problemas no que de más o ponga trabas su atención es deficiente y lenta una agencia de autos en renta es para solucionar problemas a sus clientes de movilidad y lo unico que saben decir en sus oficinas es que necesitan tiempo para verificar y están llevando tus datos y ya se van a tomar su Cafe o simplemente se ponen a navegar en su celular diciendo que ya subieron a su sistema nuestros documentos que hay que esperar y eso es todo para los que atienden ahí, que pena y que feo. En diciembre 16 /21 rente un carro para 7 pasajeros cuando llege a mi destino colima estaba muy caliente y evaporando y por los siguientes 6 días les estuve llamando y nunca lo reemplazaron ellos estaban más preocupados por el carro que por nosotros puesto que no pudimos disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones a concecuencia de el carro. On December 16/21 I rented a car for 7 passengers when I arrived at my destination, Colima was very hot and evaporating and for the next 6 days I was calling them and they never replaced it, they were more worried about the car than about us since we could not enjoy of our vacations in consequence of the car.
