Falta de profesionalismo ya que al recoger las muestras no sabían en que sucursal las tenían y se echaban la bolita entre todas. Ademas precios caros para la atención y el servicio que te dan. JAMAS ACUDIRÉ DE NUEVO CON ELLOS.
Super bad service, from the girl who answers you super rude, we need a study and the result nothing to do with what it really is. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero atención al público las señoritas que están sentadas atrás del mostrador , ambas pegadas al celular no existe para nada trabajo en equipo, pareciera que solo están por cumplir su jornada al mostrar no tener espíritu de servicio ni amabilidad.
Solo la enfermera Lolis miy atenta y amable.
Por favor capacitenlas para dar un mejor servicio y estén disponibles para trabajar en equipo porque pareciera que entre ellas mismas se odiaban.
Gracias por su atención. Espeto que si haya un cambio.
Aparte se equivocaron en la captura de la fecha de nacimiento de mi nieta.
Muy mal servicio. No lo recomendaría.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Te reciben con mala cara aún cuando tratas de ser súper amable. Aparte al preguntar por otro estudio lo ignoran o no te da la información necesaria. Así que si piensas ir a esta sucursal espera lo peor en servicio más por parte de Anahí Hrndz. Creo que ya ni en el IMSS tienen ese servicio.
Very bad service. They greet you even when you try to be super nice. Besides, when asking about another study, they ignore it or do not give you the necessary information. So if you plan to go to this branch expect the worst in service more from Anahí Hrndz. I think that even the IMSS does not have that service.
