★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de lo peor, tengan cuidado si programan recolección ya que siempre maltratan las cajas aún cuando se etiqueta como frágil, el servicio de atención a clientes para realizar la reclamación te hace perder demasiado tiempo y al final ni siquiera le dan seguimiento.
It is the worst, be careful if you schedule collection because they always mistreat the boxes even when it is labeled as fragile, the customer service to make the claim makes you lose too much time and in the end they do not even follow up.
