K	KRISTIAN G LIZARRAGA COTA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi paquete tiene en ruta de entrega desde el Jueves 07 de Mayo del 2020 y es hora que no me lo entregan, tengo desde el viernes llamando y sin afán de exagerar he llamado más de 200 veces de las cuales sólo en una ocasión pude comunicarme con ellos, si fuera posible dar 0 estrellas lo haría, cabe recalcar que pague envío Full entrega inmediata al siguiente día Hábil, hice la compra desde el Lunes 04 de Mayo del 2020 y es hora que no me llega. Terrible service, my package has been on its delivery since Thursday May 07, 2020 and it is time that they did not deliver it to me, I have been calling since Friday and without trying to exaggerate I have called more than 200 times of which only on one occasion I was able to communicate with them, if it was possible to give 0 stars I would, it should be noted that I pay shipping Full immediate delivery the next Business day, I made the purchase from Monday May 04, 2020 and it is time that I did not get it.

Se merecen 0 estrellas. The system says "arrive today" I have 3 days glued to a window and it does not arrive, they do not answer the phone, they do not know who delivers in my region, it is a terrible service. L	Luis Fierro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, literal estuve todo el día esperando a la puerta de mi casa , y nunca llamaron, ni si quiera pasaron por aquí, y estuve llamando como unas 50 veces en todo el día y nunca respondieron aún cuando seg antes me marcaba ocupado el teléfono, y voy checando el estatus y dice que la información está incorrecta o faltante siendo que esta calle es muy transitada, nada recomendado, basura total ! Terrible service, I literally spent the whole day waiting at the door of my house, and they never called, not even passed by here, and I was calling like 50 times all day and they never answered even when a second before I was busy dialing the phone , and I am checking the status and it says that the information is incorrect or missing being that this street is very busy, nothing recommended, total garbage!
D	Deku L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio, tienes que estar TODO el día esperándoles a cuando les acomode para que muevan la entrega a otro día (3 días seguidos). Sumándole también que por más que llamo no me contestan en ninguna sucursal UPS del municipio. Horrible service, you have to be ALL day waiting for them to accommodate them to move the delivery to another day (3 days in a row). Also adding that no matter how much I call, they do not answer me at any UPS branch in the municipality.

Yo no pude recibir el paquete en el día de entrega asi que pedí si lo podía recoger en bodega y dijeron que si, cuando fui a la bodega le pregunté al guardia y le expliqué la situación y todo muy bien, me entregaron mi paquete y en menos de 5 minutos. I have read comments from here and most of them did badly. I could not receive the package on the day of delivery so I asked if I could pick it up at the warehouse and they said yes, when I went to the warehouse I asked the guard and I explained the situation and everything very well, they gave me my package and in less than 5 minutes.

Me dijeron que no tenían reporte de mi paquete desde el 04/09/21, ósea que no saben donde esta, que inicie un proceso de rastreo del paquete. ¿Alguien que me pueda ayudar para no perder mi paquete? It said my package would arrive on 09/07/21, it didn't arrive so I called UPS. They told me that they had no report of my package since 09/04/21, that is, they do not know where it is, to start a process of tracking the package. Anyone who can help me not to lose my package?
