Un asco de atención. Te hacen esperar mucho. A pesar de que la bendita aplicación te dice que tu paquete llegó un día, para los señores, no. Además ni ellos tenían mi paquete.

Nunca encontré un numero local al cual hablar, estuve en contacto siempre con mi paquete y al principio todo bien. Mi paquete venia desde Inglaterra y la verdad llego SUPER rapido a Mexico, estaba sorprendida. El problema empezo desde importacion. Duraron 5 dias los de aduanas importandolo, ok lo comprendo, no es problema de UPS, estuvieron en contacto y lo aprecio, pero no puedo creer que esperen hasta que se entrega el paquete para informarme que, por cierto, son 800 pesos extras por entregarte el paquete por impuestos de importacion??!! Por que esperan hasta entregar el paquete para informarle al cliente?!! y todavia hablo y la supervisora me dice que no sabias? que es tu primera importacion o que? no es trabajo de nosotros informarte. Digo si ustedes estan entregando el paquete y cobrandome PORSUPUESTO que es su trabajo informarme!!!!!!!!!!! Aparte de todo cero empatia con la disque supervisora esa, no es de Hermosillo, es del telefono 01800. De una persona a nivel de supervision esperaria una disculpa o algun tipo de empatia, no es como que esperaba que me quitara los cargos pero que me dijera que iban a empezar a informar a sus futuros clientes de esto para que no les pasara lo mismo que a mi. La supervisora se llama Rocio Martinez, pesimo servicio!!!!!!!

From a person at the supervision level I would expect an apology or some kind of empathy, it is not like I expected him to take away the charges but that I I said that they were going to start informing their future clients of this so that the same thing would not happen to me. No se puede poner “cero” estrellas, tengo esperando desde el 17 junio la entrega, los teléfonos nunca contesta. Solo espero que cuando llegue el paquete se encuentre en buen estado... quizás el problema solo sea en Hermosillo, el paquete viajo bien desde Chicago, y en Hermosillo lleva dias parado... malísimo su trabajo...

Decía que mi paquete llegaría el 07/09/21, no llegó así que marque a UPS. Me dijeron que no tenían reporte de mi paquete desde el 04/09/21, ósea que no saben donde esta, que inicie un proceso de rastreo del paquete. ¿Alguien que me pueda ayudar para no perder mi paquete?
It said my package would arrive on 09/07/21, it didn't arrive so I called UPS. They told me that they had no report of my package since 09/04/21, that is, they do not know where it is, to start a process of tracking the package. Anyone who can help me not to lose my package?
