The winery is very spacious, let's say in a central and accessible part, not very visible but easily accessible. The telephone tension was very friendly and direct.

Up to 1 month for the shipment to be delivered, they declare a closed place or they do not want the package, to justify the non-delivery, I had to go for the shipment to their offices

Terrible service, they swear they came to my house yesterday and I was home all day. They do not ring the bell or call to make the delivery.

Terrible service. They don't knock on the door and they don't dial on the phone to see if you are there. They just walk around town. I had to go 2 times to the branch to pick up my order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente, da mucho que desear el servicio de ups , no generalizo por que hay trabajadores que si se la rifan por su chamba, pero no están a la altura de fedex o DHL, hasta podría decir que " paquete espress" tiene mejor servicio
Honestly, the ups service leaves a lot to be desired, I don't generalize because there are workers who do raffle it for their job, but they are not up to fedex or DHL, I could even say that "espress package" has better service
