★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida en general está sabrosa, las entradas para el costo viene en porción muy reducida, la hamburguesa es una delicia pero así cuesta ($190), el pollo si es abundante y desquita los $220 que pagas por el, esta sabroso pero por dentro estaba muy reseco. Lo único malo es el servicio, las personas que atienden son algo contestonas y prepotentes, un poco no mucho, pero eso me incomodó. A los alrededores del restaurante le hace falta mantenimiento ya que estaba lleno de hojas secas y lo hacía verlo descuidado. En general las instalaciones son muy novedosas y la decoración ingeniosa, ojalá le den más mantenimiento y capaciten mejor al personal. Si volvería a ir, ahora al spa ya que sólo fui al restaurante.
 The food in general is tasty, the tickets for the cost come in a very small portion, the hamburger is delicious but it costs like that ($190), the chicken is abundant and pays off the $220 you pay for it, it is tasty but inside it was very parched. The only bad thing is the service, the people who serve are a bit talkative and arrogant, a little not much, but that bothered me. The surroundings of the restaurant need maintenance as it was full of dry leaves and made it look unkempt. In general, the facilities are very innovative and the decoration ingenious, I hope they give it more maintenance and better train the staff. If I would go again, now to the spa since I only went to the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar muy bonito. El spa excelente, perfecto para desconectarse y relajarse. Las 3 estrellas son por el servicio DEMASIADO LENTO. En el restaurante es muy notorio que les falta personal, para el desayuno los platillos tardan demasiado. Tienes que decirle a los meseros varias veces porque están tan apurados que se les olvida. Nota importante: si pagas en efectivo no te dan recibo…el pedicure muy bueno pero tardan mucho. Tienen bastante por mejorar en ese aspecto. Volvería pero con la expectativa de que todo es tan lento que me iría a comer al pueblito, no consumiría ahí.
The very nice place. The excellent spa, perfect to unwind and relax. The 3 stars are for the TOO SLOW service. In the restaurant it is very noticeable that they lack staff, for breakfast the dishes take too long. You have to tell the waiters several times because they are in such a hurry that they forget. Important note: if you pay in cash they don't give you a receipt...the pedicure is very good but it takes a long time. They have a lot to improve in that aspect. I would go back but with the expectation that everything is so slow that I would go to eat in the little town, I would not eat there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my stay there , the villas are the way to go , can wait to come back and explore, since my stay here was for business, not pleasure , everything is so nice and clean. The staff at la Estancia are very nice and polite they make me feel like home , the manager at the Reception was super nice .I Highly Recommended, the only complaint I have it’s the internet. Gloría flores La patrona .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay. Great staff and food, and the Mezcal distillery is fantastic. They are increasing their spa services so it is also very relaxing. Great things to see around the area and there are bus tours that leave from the Plaza in Nobre de Dios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was delightful. We celebrated Mother's Day. My husband had Rib Eye, I had the salmon and my daughter the salmon. The Rib Eye was cooked to perfection. Salmon was prepared with salt and pepper. It was good. I would have preferred available options with sauces on the salmon. Dessert was cream brulee. It was delicious. Excellent service. Waitresses were wonderful. It's pricey but well worth it.
