Tasty food, interesting culture, and unforgettable history! I took the Lonely Planet Experience: México City Markets & Teotihuacan Pyramids. I had two great guides for the markets in the morning and pyramids in the afternoon. The whole day went smoothly, there is a decent amount of walking but your hard work will be rewarded with unique foods and fantastic vistas! I promise you one thing - you will not leave this tour hungry! If you’re looking for something a little more late night - I took the Lucha Libre tour and might be the best tour I’ve ever taken. So uniquely Mexican and it will be impossible to sit on your hands and be quiet. Cannot recommend Urban Adventures Mexico City enough!

Our tour guide Adrianna was awesome. She taught us the right phrases to scream at the wrestling match, how to properly drink and appreciate mezcal, and took us to a restaurant where a Mariachi band performed for us over dinner.

Milton arranged for us a pick up in Tulum and drop off in Chiquila for Holbox, via Chichen Itza. Flexible, reasonable price, great communication and trustworthy. Definitely recommend this company. We had a fantastic tour of Chichen Itza from Omar, thank you ?

We just had our Teotihuacan day trip with Milton this past Friday. Milton was a great guide and we learned a ton about the site. (The most important fact to remember according to Milton: Teotihuacan was not built by the Aztecs!) Afterwards we went to the home of a local family who produces obsidian, cactus and agave products and bought some knickknacks to take home. Then we enjoyed lunch of lentil soup, chicken flautas, and rice at another family’s home in San Martin. They also had the cutest dog named Totopo, who we love. (See pictures below.) This was the highlight of our visit to Mexico City and we can’t thank Milton enough for the experience!

We had such a wonderful and educational visit to the Anthropology Museum with Milton that we booked a tour of Teotihuacán with him a few days later. While one could spend a lifetime and only scratch the surface of the Anthropology Museum, Milton showed us some of the highlights of the collection. He told stories, explained the significance of the objects in context, and drew connections across regions, time periods and cultures that added so much depth to our visit. This was my second time at the museum, and this tour added so much to my understanding. Later in the week, Milton picked us up at our hotel and drove us to Teotihuacán. Milton taught us so much about the pyramids, the civilization that existed there, and the archeological work that persists to this day. However, an added bonus was that Milton was able to expand on many of the items that we saw at the Anthropology Museum that were found in that area. In addition to being highly informative and educational, Milton was so much fun to be around, and his passion for history, culture, archeology, and CDMX more broadly, really shined through. I will highly recommend Milton and Urban Day Trips to everyone I know visiting CDMX and can’t wait to do another tour with Milton when I’m back in the city next!

Milton is always so professional and knowledgeable about the places he shares on tours. Our large group loved exploring the cenotes and snorkeling on Cozumel.

My brother and I used this company and traveled with Milton at the beginning of 2019. What a great way to start the year! We got to see millions of migrating monarch butterflies, try delicious moles, tortas, and juices (blackberry or hibiscus, anyone?), see beautiful silver-work in Taxco, and climb the pyramid of the moon and the sun in Teotihuacan. It was only a few days, but I'll remember it forever! Milton did a great job exposing us to the local culture and history and had a great personality. Highly recommend for any and every traveler who wants to see what Mexico has to offer!
