★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, todo lo hacen al aventon y mal, desde el corte hasta la que cobra, prepotentes y poco profesionales, tratamientos caros e inservibles. Pésimo de verdad no vayan, por algo siempre esta vacío. Jamas en la vida vuelvo a regresar a esa porquería de estética.
 Pesimo service, everything they do to the aventon and bad, from the cut to the one that charges, arrogant and unprofessional, expensive and useless treatments. Really bad do not go, for something is always empty. Never in the life I return to that crap of aesthetics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son expertos en cabello rizado. Me enseñaron cómo lavar y peinar mi cabello, y atendieron todas mis dudas para cuidarlo de la mejor manera. Mi cabello está hermoso después de meses de daño de químicos de la alberca y del vapor del gimnasio. Su línea de productos funciona excelente, me enseñaron a utilizarlos por mí misma y me encantan los resultados. No es una estética en donde el cabello te queda bonito solo cuando vas, sino que te enseñan a replicar los resultados en casa. Muchas gracias a Hugo, que fue excelente en todo momento. Felicidades.

My hair is beautiful after months of damage from pool chemicals and gym steam. Their product line works great, they taught me how to use them by myself and I love the results. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los cepillos todos llenos de cabellos de otros clientes, los asientos todos viejos y feos, me hicieron un pseudo corte para cabello rizado y quedó todo trasquilado y desalineado, después del lavado me metieron a un casco con calor, sin ningún tipo de termo protector para el cabello y me lo quemaron, la estilista platicando y pegada a celular cada que tenia oportunidad, obviamente ese dia no se notó lo quemado que quedó pues lo lleno de productos como gel, crema para peinar, un aceite de kerastase, etc, pero una vez que lo lavé mi cabello quedo hecho un desastre. Cobran carísimo el servicio para lo que hacen, y bastante déspotas. Todavia en la caja me pasaron dos veces la tarjeta porque ni la terminal saben usar y como pregunté si la primera vez que la pasó no se habia hecho el cargo, el tipo que cobra todavía se ofendió...

Terrible service, the brushes all full of other customers' hair, the seats all old and ugly, they made me a pseudo cut for curly hair and it was all sheared and misaligned, after washing they put me in a helmet with heat, without any type of Thermo protector for my hair and they burned it, the stylist talking and glued to my cell phone every time I had a chance, obviously that day you did not notice how burned it was because it was filled with products such as gel, styling cream, a kerastase oil, etc. , but once I washed it my hair was a mess. They charge very expensive the service for what they do, and quite despotic. Still at the cash desk they gave me the card twice because not even the terminal knows how to use it and since I asked if the first time I passed it the charge had not been made, the guy who charges still got offended ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera, no le daba ni una estrella. Arruinaron mi cabello, lo dejaron con "mordidas", mi nueva estilista dice que tardaré 2 años en recuperar lo que hicieron. Pagué muchísimo por un mal trabajo. Los estilistas compiten entre sí y se tiran mala onda, no usan la técnica de corte en seco de manera adecuada. He comentado esto en sus publicaciones en FB e IG y los borran para que la audiencia no se entere ?... Mi intención es difundir mi experiencia.
If I could, I wouldn't give it one star. They ruined my hair, left it with "bites", my new stylist says it will take 2 years to get back what they did. I paid a lot for a bad job. The stylists compete with each other and throw bad vibes, they do not use the technique of dry cutting properly. I have commented on this in their posts on FB and IG and they delete them so that the audience doesn't find out ?... My intention is to spread my experience.
