★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No están correctas las direcciones de las salidas, no hay dónde meter una queja, no existe teléfono alguno solo vía chat y para que te atienda un ejecutivo es un triunfo, si es primera vez que viajas con ellos no son específicos en el punto exacto y si tienen que subir fotos del punto de abordajes, constantemente están cambiando las salidas y llegadas de los puntos, deficiencia en su chat pero en costos es muy accesible, estuve a punto de perder mi viaje porquw no ponen dirección correctas
The addresses of the departures are not correct, there is nowhere to file a complaint, there is no phone number only via chat and for an executive to attend to you is a triumph, if it is the first time that you travel with them they are not specific at the exact point and if they have to upload photos of the boarding point, they are constantly changing the departures and arrivals of the points, deficiency in their chat but in costs it is very accessible, I was about to lose my trip because they do not put the correct address
