La constructora responde a las correcciones que les obligan las garantías sobre las viviendas y áreas comunes ignorando las solicitudes o a destiempo. Los desperfectos son importantes, desde agua corriendo por ductos electricos hasta techos con desniveles visibles a simple vista al interior de la vivienda, El personal en el fraccionamiento ignora las instrucciones que dicen dar desde sus oficinas y en sus oficinas ignoran los compromisos que hace su personal en el fraccionamiento.
